The qualitative research is done with the help of conducting and arranging interviews with various managers and other employees who are higher in rank in their offices in order to generate their opinions and responses regarding the entire research topic. The non-probability technique of the method of sampling is used in order to provide the most suitable and flexible time of the managers as they can take part in the interview session. The size of the sample that has been selected for gathering the entire qualitative data is 10 managers (Collings, 2014). Data collection method The entire procedure of data collection helps and enables in collecting of proper data that are designed in the form of responses as well as opinions of the managers who had been interviewed previously. The entire approach is reliable in nature as there has been ample time that has been provided to the managers in order to take part in the entire interview and they have maintained the data validity as well. The validity of data is maintained properly as this will help them in providing proper feedbacks and responses related to the qualitative data without any form of bias as well (Serenko Bontis, 2017). SPSS tool is used in order to analyze the quantitative data that are properly gathered from the respondents or the service users. Data analysis process The random sampling along with the purposive sampling is the efficient methods of sampling for selecting the particular group of the samples from the heterogeneous group of the entire population. The interviews and group discussion are conducted as well in order to obtain the different opinions by making the respondents understand about the entire topic about which the entire research is to be done properly (Serenko Bontis, 2017). The questionnaires are designed in such a manner that the respondents along with the questions are properly present that are subjective in nature and it is based upon the targets rather than being reprehensive (Sekaran Bougie, 2016). Proper SPSS tools have to be utilized as this helps in analyzing the different responses of different respondents and helps in analyzing the data properly as well. The data validity has to be maintained properly as the information that is required to be gathered during the entire research are true along with appropriate in nature as well. The reliability of the entire data is based on the information and data and helped in ensuring that these are correct and are provided without any kind of bias as well. The size of the sample that has been selected for the collection of the quantitative data is 50 members (Collings, 2014). Research limitation The limitations are one of the major issues while conducting the entire research that includes the barriers of language as well as lack of time that is required to complete the entire task. There have been different complexities in the barriers created by language that creates issues for respondents in understanding the questions that are present in the survey questionnaire (Booth, Sutton Papaioannou, 2016). This is the reason wherein the respondents do not understand such questions and they skip these questions as well. The entire research is completed within the stipulated time frame, however some more time would be more beneficial in nature as well in order to cover those areas that has remain uncovered (Serenko Bontis, 2017) From the time schedule, it can be analyzed that proper time is required in order to complete the different tasks that has to be delivered within stipulated time.
